A sign I made for a follow maker. The base is maple and the letters are walnut. I carved the sign with my shapeoko xxl 3. First I carved the letters out of a walnut blank. Then carved the outline in the maple base. After sanding the base I seal it with poly. After sanding the letters I finished them with teak oil.
Next was shooting the stop motion video. Alot of pictures and editing later I had a video. Now I could glue the letters to the base. Some glam photo shots of the final sign and then packaged it up to be send out. In all I learned alot about how to make the sign and video making. Which makes me happy!!!
