Fatal Vision: Jeffrey MacDonald vs. Freddy Kassab 2/2
Scenes from the 1984 TV-Movie 'Fatal Vision' (based on the book of the same name by Joe McGinniss) dramatizing the story of Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald. In 1979, MacDonald, a Green Beret captain, was convicted of murdering his pregnant wife, Colette, and their two young daughters, Kimberly and Kristen. He continues to maintain that a band of drug-crazed hippies actually committed the murders.
Early on, Freddy Kassab had been the staunchest supporter of his son-in-law, Jeffrey MacDonald. In these scenes, Freddy (Karl Malden) begins to suspect that MacDonald (Gary Cole) may actually have committed the murders, He explains his suspicions to his wife, Mildred (Eva Marie Saint) and then joins investigators at the crime scene.
