Mercedes C55 Lifter noise, Will a Liqui Molly oil additive work?

In this episode of ALifeWithCars, we find out if a mysterious bottle of German lube can help clean or fix a failing hydraulic lifter in the 2005 C55 AMG! Many tiny oil passages live in the head of a 3v SOHC 5.4L V8. This oil additive is designed to clean them and lubricate all hydraulic lifters. this is a vague product with not much information on it, in many cases such as mine it is worth a shot to potentially avoid thousands in repairs!!
