After the success of ‘Hardwell presents Revealed Volume 8’ in 2017, Revealed Recordings boss Hardwell graces the newest instalment with the release of the hotly anticipated ‘Kicking It Hard’. The release, premiered during Hardwell’s set at Ultra Music Festival in Miami this year, has been one of the most requested ID’s for a number of months, and fans of Revealed finally have the chance to get their hands on it via the latest edition of ‘Hardwell presents Revealed volume 9’.

The track is full of intricate production and a number of leads that weave their way throughout the track, starting with the ripping synth line that is introduced from the beginning. The infamous “from the front, front to the back” sampled vocal taken from Klubbhead’s massive ‘Kicking Hard’, joins proceedings early on, building towards the first drop, where a growling bassline cascades, pushing the track forward. Tribal percussion gives the track it’s groove, joined by short electronic stabs that bounce around and develop into a bright, full melody in the breakdown that evolves to give the track it’s standout moment.

After announcing a break from the scene, Hardwell continues to demonstrate just why he has remained at the top of the scene for so long. Presented as part of the ‘Hardwell presents Revealed Volume 9’ compilation, ‘Kicking it Hard’ is set to lead the way as a standalone single as well as part of the collection of tracks.
