Extreme Declutter: Office Edition | Real Life Declutter and Clean with me | Office organization

In my effort to loose weight and be healthy, I identified one of the areas of my life that causes me to stress out, which leads to not making the best healthy choices. Hello, stress eater table for one! One of those areas I identified is clutter, and disorganization! Boy does it stress me out!

In this video I tacked one of the most stressful rooms in my home, my home office! I am embarrassed that I even filmed how bad this space had gotten! I take such pride in our home! A part of me wanted to “pre-clean” this area so you could see what I wanted you to see. But, that is not what I am going for with this channel!

This room once was a quiet pink oasis where I was able to get all my work done on a daily basis, but when we had to quarantine it became a drop zone for anything and everything that I did not want to deal with, or just did not have a home, or I wanted to pretend didn’t exist! It was the black hole of our home sucking everything and everything into every corner, and square inch of floor! We are talking piles and piles of papers. Items from work that were no longer current, memorabilia and other sentimental items.

Making the decision to downsize the amount of “stuff” that I have accumulated in my life, made this room a stressful, and insanely overwhelming space to even step into.

This room took me a few weeks to clear out, and change into a guest room, and a office where I can work and stay focused!
