Bad experience at Mercedes dealer

Very disappointed with Mercedes service. Rather than fix my dad's faulty Mercedes, they made us wait all day then they sent us away and told us to wait for Mercedes head office approval before they can fix the car. This is a new car under guarantee.

Update: We took the Mercedes back to the dealer the next following week. They replaced a part, but the car still suffers with acceleration problems. We tool the car back again, but they said there was no error messages on the computer and they could not find the problem.
