Banjo (as Physical Therapy)

The road to healing’s been a long one. I’ve been real lucky that despite the (hopefully temporary) paralysis of my thumbs, I’ve been able to adjust and get back to doing most things that I enjoy. Banjo’s been one of the few things that’s eluded me. Until just the other day, that is. My thumb’s regained just enough strength to make a plunk on that drone string. My physical therapist says I should lean into it and get back to practicing. Doctor’s orders!
