Talumpati ni President Duterte sa Inauguration ng Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 Project

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte leads the inauguration of the Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 (MMSS-3) Project at the Del Monte Toll Plaza, Northbound Exit of the MMSS-3 located within G. Araneta Avenue corner Del Monte Avenue in Quezon City on January 14, 2021.

Divided into five (5) sections during its construction, the MMSS-3 is an elevated expressway from Buendia, Makati City to the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) in Balintawak, Quezon City with a length spanning about 18.83 kilometers.

The project connects the NLEX and the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), and is expected to decongest traffic in the National Capital Region (NCR) or Metro Manila’s major roads by as much as 55,000 vehicles daily.
Likewise, the MMSS-3 shall reduce travel time from Buendia to Balintawak from 2 hours to approximately 15-20 minutes.
