In today's video we explore the time Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash endorsed Black Death Vodka in the early 90's. What should have been a straight forward endorsement became a long drawn out legal battle with the US government who wanted to ban the product over their marketing and the fact that they claimed Slash was inappropriately trying to influence America's Youth. What's ironic about the whole thing is that it was Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose who introduced the guitarist to the product given that Axl Rose is not a big drinker.
