No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake/Roll Recipe. Chocolate Pyramid🍪🍫😋😋

Hello Everyone. So today I wanted to share my grandmothers no bake chocolate biscuit cake recipe. We used to make this together all the time. Hope you enjoy this video, and have a great day 💖

Chocolate Biscuit Cake/Roll
300g/10oz of Petite Beurre Biscuit (or any biscuit of choice)
1 cup of Walnuts or any Nut desired (optional)
Chocolate Syrup:
1/2 Cup of Sugar
4 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup of Water ( I put a tsp. of instant coffee in mine)
1/3 Cup of room temperature Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions:
Crush the cookies in a bowl and set aside. In a saucepan mix sugar and cocoa powder together, add water/coffee, mix well. Add the room temperature butter and transfer it to the stove top on low heat stirring constantly until the butter melts. Remove from heat and let it cool for 10-15 min. Pour chocolate sauce over the crushed biscuits and mix until all the cookies are coated with the chocolate sauce.
Place a saran/cling wrap on your countertop, transfer the cookie mix onto it and roll it like a salami. Secure the roll by wrapping it again with aluminum foil and place it in your freezer for about an hour. Take your roll out of the freezer and decorate the top and sides with your choice of coconut flakes or cocoa powder or chopped nuts.

This cookie/cake freezes well.
