4 Point Saddle - Edge of Obstruction Method

In this video I'll teach you step by step how to accurately bend a 4 point saddle. The method used is called in the trade the edge of obstruction method. Reason being is because you measure from the end of the conduit to the edge of the obstruction you are trying to bend over. I must say that before you watch this video you should at least know how to bend an offset and know the multipliers of offsets and also know how to calculate shrink. If you don't already know how to then I advise you to watch my video on how to bend an offset or any video for that matter on the subject. Offset Multipliers & Shrink
10 Degree= 5.67 Shrink= 1/16
22.5 Degree= 2.6 Shrink= 3/16 Inch
30 Degree= 2 Shrink= 1/4 Inch
45 Degree=1.414 Shrink= 3/8 inch
60 Degree= 1.15 Shrink= 1/2 inch
