Rugged Gravel Rail Trail
Something different. Doing some recon for a Bike Packing Trip I'd like to take and just wanted to see how some of these "unfinished" rail trails were for riding. Chose the Mesick to Copemish to Thompsonville to Buelah to Frankfort route. 40 miles long but only 27 miles improved and only 8 of that paved. Rugged Gravel, grass and mud to start out with.
Rider: Steve Schrader (60 YOM)
Bike: Niner RLT with Jones H Bar, Profile Airstrykes and 40mm Nano tires.
