Precision Armament M4-72 Muzzle Brake Install

Removing the factory brake from my Savage 112 Magnum Target in .338 Lapua Magnum and replacing it with a Precision Armament M4-72 Severe-Duty Compensator.

Also shown is the Precision Armament Accu-Washer muzzle brake alignment system which allows correct alignment of the M4 brake. The M4 brake does divert more gases upward to mitigate muzzle jump, so it is important that the muzzle brake be properly aligned when torqued to spec.

The factory brake wasn't unbearable, but it wasn't pleasant and left minor bruising and some tenderness. The PA brake is an order of magnitude better.
