Artisan Sourdough for Beginners

If you have been using my videos on making basic sourdough, either in the bread machine start to finish or using the bread machine to knead and then shaping into a loaf pan, and are now feeling like you are comfortable to take the next step...this video is for you! If you are a master sourdough baker, keep scrolling because this is still not an advanced recipe. I will introduce you to shaping a boule (or round loaf) as well as a few tips to get that artisan style with your sourdough.

Ingredients for 2 large loaves (as in video):
6 c. Morbread flour (or other strong bread flour)
3 tsp. salt
2 T. oil
2 c. water
1 c. starter

Ingredients for 2 not as big loaves:
4 c. Morbread flour (or other strong bread flour)
2 tsp. salt
2 T. oil
1 1/3 c. water
1 c. starter
