Canadian chef helps migrant women with new restaurant in Italy

Rising culinary star Jessica Rosval has opened a new restaurant in Modena, Italy, where she trains immigrant women to become chefs. The Montreal native spent the past nine years working alongside renowned chef Massimo Bottura at his Michelin-starred restaurant.
