Transport Secretary Accused Over Scuppering Deal To End Strikes!

Labour's Ben Bradshaw held Mark Harper, the Transport Secretary's feet to the fire when he was accused of scuppering a deal at the last minute that would have allowed the train operators and trade unions to end industrial action. Harper refused to say if he knew about the report that Number 10 and/or the Treasury intervened at the last minute with a new demand that they knew the RMT would reject.
