This is a day in the life of a Japanese hawker selling fusion Mee Pok in Singapore. Naoji Kuribara has been living in Singapore for 20 years and operates a few stalls specializing in Singapore-Japanese fusion mee pok. I followed him for a day to better understand what's happening behind the success of his food business.
