Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10 boot loop battery issue

I didn't use my tablet since 1 month, so the battery was completely drained and it is now impossible to boot. Problem is that when I connect the USB cable, it tries to boot, but the battery don't have enough power to display the Lenovo logo + the battery status on top of the systematic boot vibration, so the tablet shuts off... Then tries again to boot infinitely...
The main issue is that the tablet is vibrating and starting when the USB connector is plugged, which is a bad design as this drains more battery power than the USB power can load the battery during the same time. It should be able to just refuel when connecting the USB cable, without powering it up.
I have tried many things : use different USB chargers, use a 15 cm USB cable, removed the external SD Card, try to enter recovery mode using Vol up + Power... But none helps.
Do you have an idea?
