The first fully-loaded jumbo jet took off from New York City and reached London in just over six and a half hours! Heathrow airport greeted the pioneering jet with press and VIPs eager to get a look at the new airplane. Fourteen stewardesses attend to the needs of up to 490 passengers in the most spacious plane to date.
