FOBUS Holsters LIFETIME "No Questions Asked" WARRANTY IS A JOKE

I have supported Fobus and been a loyal customer for over 2 decades. I had an honest issue and asked for a little help with my problem and they said, "Buy A New One".

It wasn't until I bought a new one and decided to make a video of my customer service experience did they offer to step up to the plate and take care of my problem. By then, it was too little too late.

Why can't companies who claim to have a lifetime warranty really stand behind their products? Some companies do. Companies like Vortex, they know how to take care of their customers.

After back and forth, back and forth, back and forth again I was told to take care of it myself. Once they realized I planned to make my treatment public did they offer to do the right thing. This is totally unacceptable.

Fobus is gone from my life, and I suggest you look elsewhere when you are buying a holster. Give your money to a company who deserves it, one who will take care of you if you ever have a problem. A company who offers a lifetime warranty and isn't afraid to stand behind it. NOT FOBUS!

To me its not about the money, its about the principal. That's what I deserve for not buying Made in America products ;(
