33mm f1.4 on Fuji X. Should you pay more for Tokina vs Viltrox?

Tokina has launched their line of Fujifilm mirrorless camera autofocus lenses but it seems like it's pretty much the same as the Viltrox lenses, for more money. Is it just a waste of money, or is there a good reason to spend more money for the same lens? Also included it why I bought this lens when I already own the Fuji XF 35mm f2 WR lens. What would be your choice for a low cost wide aperture prime lens?

TLDW? While all reports show the Tokina to be the same as the Viltrox, the Tokina is the only one with an official Fujifilm license, it has a longer and more local warranty, and the company has to pay employees and maintain facilities in Japan, the US, and Europe. How important are these things to you?
