FINALLY a judge - NY Judge Arthur Engoron - has GAGGED Trump to STOP his dangerous speech and posts

In a long overdue development, a judge has FINALLY placed a limited restriction on Donald Trump's speech and posts. Judge Arthur Engoron, who is presiding over the New York fraud trial Attorney General Letitia James brought against Donald Trump, Don Jr. and Eric, issued the restriction.

Trump posted a picture of Judge Engoron's law clerk taken with Senator Chuck Schumer. Trump mocked the picture, claims the law clerk was "Schumer's girlfriend" and insisting that his fraud case should therefore be dismissed. Shortly thereafter, Judge Engoron announced that he was issuing a "gag order" saying, "personal attacks on my members of my court staff are unacceptable, inappropriate and I will not tolerate them under any circumstances.” The judge also said that "serious sanctions" will follow if Trump violates his order.

Let's hope this opens the floodgates, inspiring other judges to do what the law allows by restricting Trump's thus-far-unabated dangerous, reckless and false speech and posts that endanger witnesses and poison jury pools.
