I'm not a property bear, let's get that out of the way!

I'm a property realist. What I mean by that is that property has the capacity to be a very good investment - I've invested in property for many many years myself, done very well. But unfortunately I've also seen a lot of people make really bad decisions and made very bad investments. And therefore what I was trying to do with all the stuff that I do is to help people understand how to make better decisions!
