DISCLAIMER: Free Flight training your parrot is a high involved process and without the proper training can result in danger to your bird. We have been working through for months to get to the current standards and I'm sure there will be many months/years ahead still learning (sometimes from our mistakes)...
Make sure you engage with a professional Free-Flight instructor before endevouring to attempt free-flight on your own. Many birds have been lost doing this and I'd hate for you to lose yours because I failed to mention the above.
