🌴 BORACAY TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS 🌊
-Confirmed Flight Booking to Caticlan Airport MPH (booked ours through https://www.cebupacificair.com)
-Confirmed and Paid Hotel/Accommodation Booking at any DOT accredited hotels/resorts/accommodations (booked ours through https://www.henann.com)
-Negative COVID-19 RT-PCR Swab or Saliva Test from DOH accredited laboratories taken atleast 72hrs before departure (Henann Group of Resorts has partnered with Health Metrics https://www.facebook.com/healthmetricsPH/ check out their special rates for Henann guests; got ours for only Php2,200 per person with 24-48hr result; book your appointment through https://cms.healthmetrics.com.ph/public/kiosk-default.html)
-Two Valid Government-issued IDs (e.g. Passport, Driver’s License, PRC ID, UMID, etc.)
-Accomplished Health Declaration Form (when your flight booking, hotel booking, valid IDs, and negative test results are ready, go to https://www.touristboracay.com/ and select BORACAY as your destination) don’t forget to screenshot your accomplished health declaration form (HDC)
-Email touristboracay@gmail.com at least 12 hours before departure with the subject OHDC-FamilyName-FirstName and attach all the above-mentioned requirements and wait for your HDC+ Tourist QR Code.

Note: Your HDC+ Tourist QR Code will be required all throughout your trip. The Tourist QR Code will be required at ports of entry and exit (land, air, sea), establishments, and anytime you are to access services in the island. It is important that you have a physical or digital copy of this with you at all times.
