Talkernate History - Alternate Presidents

In this episode we discuss the 1992 short story compilation "Alternate Presidents, edited by Michael Resnick. A collection of 28 stories about alternate presidential elections in the United States ranging from the first election in 1789 to 1988. Some stories feature people who lost their elections winning, like Samuel Tilden and Michael Dukakis. Others are about people who were presidents in our world, but they become president by different circumstances.
