Trying to nail the adobong manok

I love eating Adobo, the national dish of the Philippines.
Adobong manok or chicken adobo is excisting in many different variaties.

I try to nail the adobong manok with adjusting the recipe a little bit. I combine the Belgian way with the Philippine way. And my wife loved the Belgium/Philippine marriage from my adobong manok.
Trying to nail such a integreted recipe is not easy, but my wife her smile proofed that it is possible.
