Leatherman calls it the Tread because the Tool Band looks like Tank Tracks.
Take the Leatherman tool with you everywhere, it was designed to be an Airline Travel Friendly Multi-Tool. The Leatherman Tread has up to 29 multiple tools and bracelet links are 17-4 stainless steel, making usable tools like Allen wrenches, screwdrivers and box wrenches available at a moment’s notice. Adjustable to ¼” to accommodate any wrist size and fully customizable with the links you need most.
