People usually return unhappy after a Safari in the Jim Corbett National Park but It was our lucky day as we spotted a tiger in Safari. Jhirna is known to be the 2nd best route for Tiger sighting in Corbett and it didn't let us down. See as to why Jhirna is the 2nd best route in Corbett.

Apart from these, there is the obvious one – Dhikala, where you can only go for an overnight trip. Jhirna and Dhela zones share the same entrance and are known among the tourists to give great sightings.

Also, the greatest number of sloth bear sightings from Jim Corbett are known to come from Jhirna Zone. And yes, this is the same zone where the famous elephant attack took place a couple of years ago.
