Smart Factory Monitoring and Control System | Emertxe IoT Virtual Internship presented by Vaishnavi

Hi everyone! 👋

In this video, I’m sharing my learning journey from the Emertxe IoT Virtual Internship, along with the project I developed — a Smart Factory Monitoring and Control System.

This project focuses on how IoT can be used in real-time industrial environments to monitor parameters like temperature, humidity, vibration, and more, while also enabling automation and remote control using the ThingsBoard cloud platform.

Throughout this internship, I gained hands-on experience in:

IoT fundamentals
Arduino programming
Sensor interfacing
MQTT protocol
Cloud-based monitoring using ThingsBoard

The system I built includes real-time data monitoring, threshold-based automation, and manual control using a dashboard.
