Tomorrow we go to the USA for the embryo transfer. Eeeeekkk. We just wanted to capture our emotions before this big week.
There will be no video on Thursday as we want to live in the moment but we will capture as much as we can and can't wait to share with you guys next week. Thank you for all your messages and positive vibes. We really are truly grateful.
