Laurel Ridge State Park Off Road Trails
Part 1
Brown Road and John Henry Off Road Trails
Laurel Ridge/Forbes State Forest, Pa.
There are some obstacles under 12" on the trails, including small ledges, large mud puddles and rocks 12-15” in diameter. The trails are fairly well maintained and are mostly one vehicle wide. There are plenty of pull-offs if you encounter oncoming vehicles. There is active logging on Brown Road so watch your speed and look out for huge logging trucks. Brown Road intersects John Henry Road. Senneth Cemetary Road branches off Brown and is a bit more technical. That is Part 2 of this trail riding series.
