Lotus Biscoff Mango Float Recipe
Ingredients:
Base Layer:
8–10 Lotus Biscoff biscuits (crushed)
Creamy Mango Layer:
1 cup mango purée (fresh or canned)
1/2 cup whipping cream (chilled)
1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
Topping:
2 tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread (melted slightly for drizzling)
Fresh mango chunks (for garnish)
Crushed Biscoff (optional for extra crunch)
Instructions:
Prepare the Base:
Crush the Biscoff biscuits and layer them at the bottom of your serving glasses or dessert jars. Lightly press them down to form a base.
Make the Mango Cream Layer:
In a mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, whisk together mango purée, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
Layer it Up:
Spoon or pipe the mango cream mixture over the crushed Biscoff layer.
Top & Garnish:
Drizzle melted Biscoff spread on top and garnish with fresh mango chunks. Add a sprinkle of crushed Biscoff if desired.
Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
