Scammers target Amazon shoppers through emails, texts, calls

Imposter scams have been reported ahead of Black Friday. Criminals are impersonating Amazon employees as they try to trick customers into giving out personal or sensitive information. CBS News' Anna Werner reports from San Francisco.
