Tic Tac Toe A.I.

I know solving tic tac toe is pretty trivial. I think of this project as showcasing two different types of neural networks, used to solve a concrete goal that's a bit more complex than our previous flower classifier :-)

I'll build off from this project and show how I trained the tic tac fully connected net (I kept it fairly simple, no guarantee its perfect play actually) and convolutional net for board state recognition.
