Growth WILL feel uncomfortable!

You won’t expect me to say this—but next time something feels uncomfortable, go in closer (safely). Process it psychically. Step back to a safe distance, then uncover more of the moment by tuning into the deeper knowing of your Wise Self, using your Soul Senses. Notice what comes up for you, one thing the hardship is teaching you on a soul level, and note one small action you can take so it becomes less uncomfortable and more instructive. Try this the very next time discomfort shows up, then record what happened in your journal.

The eleven soul senses are ClairSentiment, ClairSensation, ClairOlfaction, ClairGustance, ClairAudience, ClairVoyance, Empathic ClairSentiment, Empathic ClairSensation, Empathic ClairPensée, Shared Sensory Experience, and ClairCognizance. These soul senses allow us to perceive and interact with the world around us from the perspective of our higher self.
