Partygate: Five key points from Sue Gray's report

Senior civil servant Sue Gray has delivered a highly critical, but reduced, report into lockdown breaking parties at Downing Street.

It concludes there were "failures of leadership and judgment by different parts of Number Ten and the Cabinet Office at different times".

It adds that some events "should not have been allowed to take place", others should not have developed as they did.

Her inquiry also makes clear that police are now investigating 12 events that may have breached Covid rules.
