Paksiw na Isda with Talong (Eggplant)
A Filipino dish where a fish is cooked in vinegar with spices and the eggplant. You can also add okra if you have available in your basket.
Ingredients:
-Fish (any type)
-Eggplant
-Garlic
-Onion
-Ginger
-Laurel leaf
-Olive oil (optional)
-Vinegar and Water
-Salt and pepper, or seasoning (optional)
