Jamie Taylor is the founder of The Greener Greens Co. In the past, he served in the British Army for 6 years on operational tours of Afghanistan, established numerous entrepreneurial ventures and worked in financial markets. He is now on a mission to positively impact the planet while delivering the highest quality leafy greens, and service to leading chefs around the world.

Jamie has had a passion for food and cooking since studying for a catering and hospitality NVQ at college. Having family and close friends working as professional yacht and restuarant chefs continues to drive his passion for cooking and sourcing quality ingredients as a home cook.

The Greener Greens Co, is a sustainable, food production business that grows desirable crops for chefs in kitchens and galleys around the world.

Working to the business model of the planet, people and profit, (In that order) every aspect of our operations are environmentally conscious from seed,to plate. We contribute to urban regeneration, as well as the significant reduction of food miles and carbon footprint by growing much nearer the point of consumption. Leveraging innovative Aeroponic, vertical stacked grow-bed technology, our grow methods use 95% less water, 99% less space and 75% less fertilizer than conventional land-based farming while creating healthier plants and higher crop-yields.
