Howard University nursing graduation ceremony cut short after venue reaches capacity
A graduation ceremony for nursing students at Howard University in Washington, DC ended abruptly Thursday after the auditorium reached capacity. Officials say the auditorium reached capacity and not everyone could be allowed in. Howard will re-do the ceremony on Sunday. #howarduniversity
