Sizzled Salmon cooked in Ooni Koda Gas Fired Pizza Oven | First Time Test

Hello! Today we made our last Ooni Koda Pizza Oven video before making a full review of this Pizza Oven. I needed to test out how this oven cooked salmon using a sizzler pan as these ovens are great for cooking other foods and not just pizza!
I didn't time the cook but it took around 6 minutes in total.

500g Blue Caputo 00 Flour
2g dissolved dry yeast
9g dissolved table salt
300g water.
