We're back on the grind playing some PLO $1000 - $5000 cash games after participating in a hell weekend where the body and mind were put to the test over a 3 day span. I have listed the full schedule below of what we had to endure over the weekend for those that are interested.

Day 1
7:00 Wake up
7:30 10km outside run
9:00 Jump into the lake (1x) at 9 degrees celcius
9:30 Breakfast
10:30 Stretching and Mobility
11:30 Freeletics Workout "Aphrodite" = 50 Burpees, 50 Squads, 50 Situps, 40 Burpees, 40 Squads, 40 sit ups, 30 Burpees, 30 Squads, 30 sit ups, 20 Burpees, 20 Squads, 20 Sit ups, 10 Burpees, 10 Squads, 10 Sit ups
12:15 Another round of "Aphrodite"
13:00 Freeletics Cool down
14:00 Jump into the lake (1x)
14:30 Meditation for 1h
16:00 Burpees, Knee stand ups and Back Extension Workout
17:30 Jump into the lake (1x)

7:30 10km outside run
9:00 Jump into lake (2x)
9:30 Breakfast
10:30 Stretching and Mobility
11:00 2x Freeletics Workout "Helios" = 100 Burpees, 125 Lunges, 150 Climbers, 125 Sit ups, 150 Climbers, 125 Lunges, 100 Burpees (that's 1 Helios)
13:30 Freeletics Cool down
14:30 Jump into lake (2x)
15:00 Mediation 30min
15:30 Dips and Superman exercice
16:30 10km outside run
