Linton Falls - Places to Visit in The Yorkshire Dales

Linton Falls lies just outside of the picturesque village of Grassington in The Yorkshire Dales. Had I not stumbled across Linton many years ago while out working, I would have never have known this hidden gem was there. It is a great place to walk with the family and you can also spend some time exploring the surrounding villages too. There is a pay and display car park in Linton which is cheap and there is a public toilet. When rain has been falling the waterfall can become quite powerful and the wooden bridge which spans the falls just optimises The Yorkshire Dales. There are several nice pubs in the area and the village folk are very friendly. The area is dog friendly, though there are some sheep and cows which graze in the area so be sure to shut the gates as you go. A great place to visit when holidaying in The Yorkshire Dales.
