Madhavan and Ananya Panday, the film is inspired by the book The Case That Shook the Empire and explores themes of justice, resistance, and patriotism. Though titled Chapter Two, it is not a sequel to the 2019 Kesari, but a standalone story spotlighting another bold chapter from India’s fight for independence.
