Addis Ababa Ethiopia - A look round town. Emperor Menelik II is regarded by many as one of the greatest Ethiopians of all time. Part of the Oromia Special Zone Surrounding Finfinne, Sululta is bordered on the south by the city of Addis Ababa, on the west by the Mulo and Mirab Shewa Zone, on the north by Semien Shewa Zone, and on the east by Bereh. Towns in Sululta include Chancho, Durba, Muger Sheleko, Rob Gebeya, Sululta and Segno Gebeya.An azmari is an Ethiopian singer-musician, comparable to the European bard or the West African griot. Azmari, who may be either male or female, are skilled at singing extemporized verses, accompanying themselves on either a masenqo (one-stringed fiddle) or krar (lyre). Azmari often perform in drinking establishments called tejbeit, which specialize in the serving of tej (honey mead). The masenqo (also spelled masenko, mesenqo, mesenko, masinko, or masinqo) is a single-stringed bowed lute commonly found in the musical traditions of Ethiopia and Eritrea. The habesha kemis (ሐበሻ habesha, "Ethiopian" ቀሚስ kemis, "tunic, dress" [IPA: /k'emiʃɨ/]) is the traditional attire of Habesha.
