HEY EVERYONE - I use 900px wide for my video. If you like to zoom in a lot or have hyperfine details, create a larger width, though I can't really imagine why you'd go any higher than 3300. 1600-2000 I imagine would be good enough for most art styles. Resolution is a weird concept. Remember 900px is the same quality as 3300px, it's just smaller. Like a piece of paper in real life. a post-it-note isn't lower resolution than notebook paper. Same thing with computers, you just have to do a lot more zooming in/out with larger canvases to make them fit on your screen. It's like looking at a piece of paper through a window. This tutorial is for digitally penciling, inking, and doing line work for a Webtoon episode, but the principles will translate to traditional art and comics.
