Stages of Development framework: Our journey so far

The Stages of Development Framework is a tool designed for start-ups to help them find their target markets faster and more accurately.

The existing data about rural India is fragmented, old, and in some cases, not accurate. The framework helps overcome this challenge by using socio-economic data indicators, which act as a proxy to capture the current economic development and its potential for a village.

Since November last year, we have engaged with 11 incubators and have trained more than 51 start-ups on the use of the tool.
