PS4 - Creating a new PS4 User Account and Signing into the PlayStation Network

Creating a new user account on the PS4 is not obvious like the PS3. You actually have to sign-out of the PS4 from the existing account and then create a new account from the login screen. You should use your PSN account to login where possible, but you can create an account that isn't linked to a PSN one.
