Bodyweight Mobility Exercise #31: Hip Raises and Dynamic Leg Movements

In this video, we will be demonstrating the Hip Raises with Dynamic Leg Movements exercise. This intermediate level exercise helps to strengthen the core, hips, and lower body muscles while also improving balance and stability. To do this exercise, start by lying on the floor with your arms flat on the ground. Then lift your hips up while keeping your shoulders and head on the floor. With one foot connected to the ground, extend and stretch the other leg so it is in line with your body. Flex your foot towards you and begin drawing large circular movements in a counter-clockwise direction with your leg fully stretched. After completing these repetitions, switch directions and draw a straight horizontal line from left to right. Make sure to keep your hips as high as possible throughout the exercise and maintain control of your leg movements. You can also use slow movements to improve hip mobility on both sides of your body. The Hip Raises with Dynamic Leg Movements activity gives heaps of advantages to help upgrade portability and quality in the lower body muscles. This activity helps to fortify the center, hips, and lower body muscles while additionally improving equalization and dependability. Besides, this exercise can help with stance and synchronizing just as expanding elasticity in the lower body muscles. Doing this action routinely can prompt improved versatility, expanded strength in the lower body muscles, better equalization and solidness, and improved deftness and execution.
