he world lost a true hero in Chadwick Boseman, and as we continue to mourn his tragic passing, all eyes are now on Disney as the studio is going to have to make some tough decisions regarding the future of the Black Panther character and for Black Panther 2.
None of us want to be in this situation, but it’s important that Disney moves forward in a way that both honors the spirit of the character and the actor who brought him to life. So today’s episode of CBR Saga will discuss all the possibilities that Black Panther 2 can take. Should they recast the character or move forward with a new Black Panther altogether? One of the biggest theories is of course, Killmonger returning and taking over the Black Panther mantle. Would that redemption arc be the best thing for the sequel? Does Killmonger need redemption? Would he even want it? If Killmonger doesn’t return, what other options are there?
